One other thing of note,
No matter whether I log in as the Manager, a reseller, or a domain owner, on 
the left hand side of the control panel, I get the domain owner buttons, but 
on the list of links, I get the proper menu.  Also, it appears the domains 
that I'm having trouble logging into show that the reseller is set to the 
domain owner name, instead of the actual reseller.
