Hi Gasper,
The deletion of the domain files was deliberately disabled, so that
resellers could for instance delete a domain and re-create it under
another userID, etc. But you're right, this fact needs to be
documented... adding to the FAQ right now.
Regarding mod_perl, as long as it isn't enabled it doesn't matter one
way or the other.
