OpenLdap 1.x

If you've setup OpenLDAP 1.x then you should create a complete MYLDIF
and use ldif2ldbm to install that into the LDAP database first.  As
far as I remember you'd pruned your MYLDIF earlier since you were
using OpenLDAP 2.x
