Internet died

Hello, I restarted my computer and now the nic interface (eth0) doesn't start. The nic is configured to get the ip automatically from dhcp configuration, but ifconfig doesn' t show any ip. Also route -n shows only the route to the loopback interface. If I make a tcpdump, it shows me some output like this: 18:02:04.1321371 arp who-has 200.89.190.128 tell 200.89.190.1 ... 12 packets recived by filter 0 packets dropped by kernel How can I fix the internet conection?
