Via [1]Confirm Them, I recently learned the terrific news that [2]Dabney Friedrich is expected to be nominated to a seat on the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. I worked with Dabney when she was an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Eastern District of Virginia, and she was top-notch; fair, thoughtful, and extremely sharp. She will make an outstanding judge, and I'm delighted that she is expected to be nominated.
