I didn't know it was possible to accelerate photons. Does the SERN's new accelerator include something with the same name?
Phillip had some interesting comments. He said that the design for the Philadelphia Project was channeled. Following the event, the number of UFO's dramatically increased. I question the significance of this event, because people have been seeing them through history. He also equated the UFO-nauts with Jinn, disembodied entities (demons) of Arabic tradition. He believes that the entities in the UFO's are malevolent. He mentioned Vallee and Keele in conjunction with this. He recounted his investigation of magnetic anomalies and ancient stone buildings in New York's Hudson River Valley. Many UFO sightings have been reported in their vicinity.
