ok, the first thing maybe would be to check out the recent john bedini
interview of april 2008.

in energy from the vacuum part 2, he was speaking quite a lot about tapping
a gas. that the ether, to him, according to his investigations into tesla,
and his own experimentation with high voltage pulses, was that it was a
gaseous medium - could be made to glow.

it would appear, at least to what ive seen of eftv2, that what he is
insisting is that the coils he has going, one of them delivers a tap from
the primary battery, a timed tap to maintain the movement of the magnets
around the other coils at least in the rotary businesses that he has going
on. he then uses that "free mechanical" (all of the friedrich kits involve
either a rotary fan, or a rotor with a fan in it, to extract also the
movement that the tapping from the primary battery delivers to the motive
part of the devices.

what i havent really understood is, how come when the device's magnets move
across the secondary coils, how come does this timed magnet-coil action then
create the high voltage spikes that he captures and uses to desulfate the
batteries.

theres a few pictures on this page, that im fairly sure EFTV people dont
want to be attached around, etc, http://energyfromthevacuum.com/Disc2.htm ,
and im jhust using them as reference material, but, these are some of the
titles of the images.
"John initiating the trigger pulse on a monopole motor to charge a battery
bank."
"radiant energy being detected on top of a battery cap. Note plastic to
plastic connection of the wire!"
Battery being charged with radiant energy.
"h-waves", spikes gating in radiant energy (negative energy)

it seems that some of this goes back to cold electricity again, and other
words being used were magnetricity (what with bedini having replicated
nathan stubblefield's magnetic induction amplifiers (earth-batteries),
etc),

but could someone please chime in regards this whole "high voltage, no
current" business?

all i know is that i have a friend who has built one of the friedrich kits,
and he is using a 1amper/hour battery to charge up two batteries, one of
which is 1,7amper/hour and the other was 3amp/h. hes using the brushless
fan kit that friedrich sells, which is just a small simple toy to i guess
explain to people the ideology behind bedini's tech.

im still trying to get to grips about the thing that it seems to be a
swing-action, where he gives a push to his devices, they start rotating,
and the coils drag out a trigger from the battery which taps the movement
and keeps it going at a certain level, and then i completely zone out when
it comes to his coils, the whole thing just draws a blank.

whatever highvoltage spikes that they measure seem to cause, according
to eftv2, a chemical reaction in the battery that desulfates it.
they then say that that chemical reaction is due to the spike sucking in,
energy from the vacuum.
they then show other things like plastic conductivity of this other type of
electricity... and so on.
if someone is seeing parallels between this stuff and any other stuff that
the vortexlisters would know, id really appreciate any lucid viewpoints to
this. it cant just be one man bedini sitting in his own room being
completely delusional , like how some people pooh-pooh him off as.
help?:)
