Privately I asked Roy whether he made a simple test for hydrogen generation: put a one-hole stopper in that test tube, connected a hose, then place the far end of the hose under water to detect *constant* bubbling. And then also ignite the hydrogen coming out of the hose (far from the RF field) to verify that it was not plasma and not steam. He said that he did try these.
