Please note I said "good reason" not "a slam dunk." Nothing, Nothing, NOTHING is sure until it is widely replicated. Then it becomes as sure as sure can be.
The material that we presume Arata uses is described in detail by Yamaura et al. Arata & Zhang are co-authors so I guess it is the same stuff. I hope to get permission to upload this paper, but if you want to know all about it right now, e-mail me for a copy.
