<<A 62" X 32" panel is supposed to produce 3 KW.>>That's about 1.38 sq metres - seeing as how solar insolation on a panel, rule of thumb, maxes out at around 700 watts/sq metre this doesn't add up. Maybe they mean 3 kilowatt hours per day
