Forgive me if this was covered in this lengthy saga but I recall wondering about past photos of a tube reactor glowing red and yellow.
At the time, I recall some discussion about the gauge of the wire being insufficient to account for the heat emitted. Of course, in the Photoshop Era such images may mean little unless Accompanied by witnesses - which I thought was the case in that instance. Unless a H2 flame can be asserted, it seemed a mystery.
