The key to LENR is to design an entangled system and then induce a change in that system that causes instaneous new energy states, which subsequently allow decay via radiation from the entire entangled system--making heat in the nearby material and/or entangled systems. A nano Ni particle may be such a system. Introducing electrons or protons or deuterons may be the ticket to initiating such energy state changes.

There is a ton of money going into research into quantum computers and networks, and even more into entangled communications, because no connection path is needed between sender and receiver.
