On rare occasions someone bring up the "pathological science" chestnut. I usually refer them to this document, that I wrote and Kowalski preserved:

I thought this was too political and incendiary for LENR-CANR.org. I try to steer clear of tit-for-tat arguments like this at LENR-CANR.org, because they give the reader a bad impression. (I don't mind having them elsewhere.) Also, I am trying to make nice to large institutions such as the DIA and various universities. For example, I am trying to get the University of Nagoya to give me permission to upload ICCF-3. They prefer a staid, sedate, academic web site. I leave the rabble rousing to Steve Krivit, who does a better job of it than I do anyway. You might call this the good cop bad cop routine.
