In film (all ugly) The site name sez it all:

Or:

>From the director of The Texas Chainsaw Massacre - Marcus Nispel sez: "it's
a great movie about cloning, called Immaculate Conception." The German
director added "A girl gets pregnant, doesn't know why. You think it goes
like Rosemary's Baby but it's not a horror movie. You find out that she's
part of an experiment. A splinter group of the church found a rusty old nail
in the hills of Golgotha and they've harvested the DNA they believe is from
Jesus Christ. It's like Marathon Man or Coma."

. Yawn. What a hack. The best you can say is you have to give the guy credit
for not trying to clone Jesus from the blood stains on the Shroud of Turin.

Hey, I like it. Throw in that they also clone his wife Mary Madeline and
use her to extort Jesus for control of the earth. The Sufi's clone Mohammed
and together he and Jesus rescue Mary and destroy the Illuminati forever.

yeah, I see that from the Wikipedia link in another reply. Very
interesting. That could make a better plot. A subgroup of the
illuminati (who are actually the templars, don't ya know) attempt to
clone one of their previous grandmasters, only it turns out that the
shroud actually WAS the image of Jesus, and they get the second coming
of Christ, who's rather ticked at being brought back into the world
early.

hmmmm.
