On the top right there is a set of Quick Links to Things People Often 
Do in Dekalb county. It is a pull down box, labeled "I WANT TO:" 
Click on it, and you find a revealing set of choices, including:

FILE A RESTRAINING ORDER
REPORT A LOOSE DOG
