David Would love to have a Lum and Abner movie. I listened to them on the radio when I was much younger. I remember I recognized the voice of Mr. Doakes before I even looked at the tv when this episode came on. Their names were Lum Edwards and Abner Peabody and they ran the Jot-'em Down store on radio. Mr. Doakes owned the store in Mayberry. Thanks for the stroll down memory lane once more. Have a great Mayberry day,
