You trained noticers probably know this, but  watch when Eddie Brooks and 
Barney get into that wrestling bit that Barney gets  his ticket book knocked 
out of his hand, and it looks like it goes over the top  of the car, but 
when the shot comes back to them wrestling, Barney has the book  in his hand.   
You really think if he's in a wrestling match with a  suspect that he's 
gonna stop to pick up the ticket book?   Just  sayin.   LOL
