[website-by-email] please help with upload problem

Hello,

As I mentioned I can not upload pages due to I get a message telling it
will exceed the 10 megs limit.

I ckecked and I have only 1.2 megs used.

The help does not reply either from the web form or email.

I will appreciate any suggestion.
