Some times ago, I visited internettrash.com site. There had said if I accept
their advertisement page to be showed with my page, I will be upgraded to a
"normal customer" -  somewhat more powerful than "email only user".

Thereafter, "normal user" can use ftp command to upload to his/her page,
has access to increased web space, and some other facilities that I have not
in mind (maybe because I have got too old ...)         :-)

I think your problem comes from here: I have visited your "useful" site
sereval times, and I haven't seen any advertisment there (unlike my page,
http://netnormal.com/users/arjomandi/ , which opens with one additional page
from internettrash sponsors). Then you are defined as an email only user,
with limited facilities, and limited storage space, of course, as I guess.

And I'm not sure, but I think they don't increase your space to 10-15M
unless you accept advertisemnt code to be added to your page...


I wish your problem to be solved and I can see an English version of your
Spanish page too,    :-)
