This document outlines how your product aligns with accessibility standards, particularly WCAG 2.1 A and AA and/or the EU - EN 301 549 standards. If your VPAT identifies any standards as “Partially Supports” or “Does Not Support” this form will be required. This form should outline your timeline and plan for addressing them. Note: This form is required even if a VPAT is submitted. Higher Education Community Vendor Assessment Toolkit, if available.
The information you provide will help Pellissippi State determine if your product can be procured or renewed and may also support accessibility reviews at other TBR institutions.
