I'm getting the same thing: The files are OK for at least one build (so it's not a Git problem with checking out a different branch), then magically modified. The bad files exist both in the enlistment and in the build tree. I'm not blaming the build...yet. Unfortunately, I can't repro reliably (i.e., just run a build).
