Ham and Broccoli Quiche
Stir up a "restaurant-fancy" dish in no time when you have a no-fuss
refrigerated pie crust.
Ingredients:
1 Pillsbury® Refrigerated Pie Crust (from 15-oz. pkg.), softened as
directed on package
1 1/2 cups cubed (1/4-inch) cooked ham
6 oz. (1 1/2 cups) shredded Swiss cheese
1 cup Green Giant Select® Frozen Broccoli Florets, thawed, drained
thoroughly on paper towel
4 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Prep Time: 15 Minutes (Ready in 1 Hour 10 Minutes)
Preparation Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375°F. Prepare pie crust as directed on package for
one-crust filled pie using 9-inch glass pie pan.
2. Layer ham, cheese and broccoli in crust-lined pan. In medium bowl,
combine all remaining ingredients; beat well. Pour over broccoli.
3. Bake at 375°F. for 35 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center
comes out clean. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
