They are working fine in IE-7, and firefox and the evil IE6 doesn't render it.Should I use javascript or CSS for this.
JavaScript. You can't minimise accessibility problems (such as those involved with tracking the mouse down a narrow column while suffering from arthritis) with CSS alone.
