[WWWOFFLE-Win32] recursive fetch in win2000

Hi!

I am using wwwoffle 2.5a on Windows 2000.

When I try to fetch recursively, I get a whole slew of errors like this:

    wwwoffles[1014] Debug: Link=http://www.yahoo.com/r/pv
    wwwoffles[1014] Warning: Cannot open file 'outgoing/tmp.1014' [Permission denied]
    wwwoffles[1014] Warning: Cannot open the new outgoing request to write.

What have I screwed up?  The win32 notes seem to say that fetching works OK
under Windows 2000.

[I sent this email once, when I first joined the list.  Never saw it appear,
nor any responses.  Indeed, no mail at all from the list!  Till today, when I
