[WWWOFFLE-Win32] Problem whith NT when monitoring or requesting pages

wwwoffle's output is "cannot write to file XXX.tmp" being XXX 3 
arbitrary(?) digits.
Wwwoffle is installed on D:/WWWOFFLE, and cache works perfectly.
