I did not talk about port 8081 but wwwoffle/control ('part' not
'port'). perhaps my description wasn't that precise ;-)

mh. NOW after making w2k route properly I MAY use a fixed IP.

I expected something like this. But did not know how to influence
behaviour.

I did not think of the mechanism IPC, just of communication in
general..
