It is the correct location...

Unfortunately, code.haskell.org was attacked recently, and the server needed
rebuilding. I need to upload wxHaskell again, and I haven't gotten around to
it (to be honest, I hadn't thought about this as a consequence of the
attack).

Will be fixed in the next day or so.
