Let me know if you need some testing help.

Currently I've got a PC running Weather Display which generates the  
wxnow.txt file and stores it on the local drive.  Ui-View running on  
another PC reads that file and generates the weather beacon.

I managed to get Xastir running on my OSX machine so it would be nice  
to move the TNC and radio over to it and shut down the PC.
