XCmail: A minor Bug?

Hello,

I've noticed a minor bug.  I do not know yet when it occurs.  

I write an email, and I send it.

When I view it in my outbox, sometimes one of the paragraphs has a ">"
character added before the first word.

It is, of course, minor, but odd.  It does not seem to be linked to having
any attachments, nor does it appear to be connected to the size of the
email.  I have not quoted anything in the email, or inserted any text or
anything.  The latest occurance, today, was just a straight plain text
typed in at a keyboard.

Also, it's happened too often, and always before the first word of a
paragraph, to make me think it's a typo.

I presume you were aware of some spam using the mailing list to send
itself recently.
