XCmail: SMTP

Dear Jürgen,

Still not working.  OK, it did not sit there trying to close connection,
anymore, and it does come to natural breaks (no need to break out of
program).

The pop-up box showing the spooled mail appeared, the message at the
bottom quickly runs through some texts, then gets to "connected".  But 
as soon as "RCPT: (email address)" appears, I get the large error message 
about relaying being denied.  In other words it had not accepted password
being sent.

ctrl L then ctrl K works fine still.
