XCmail: Subject styles

Hi!

I've added some new feature - which needs to be tested:

reply subject styles

Beside the classical "Re:" new styles can be selected (general prefs):

Re[x]:
Re: [x]

In both cases "x" is the count of replys.

All is available on the CVS or the nighly built tar file (web page).
