XCmail: More on cut and paste

Hi Jürgen and John,

Further to last week's discussion about cut and paste, I had an odd
problem over the weekend with StarOffice.

I tried using the method (1) as described in my previous discussion on
this, but it did not work.

If I highlighted the text in staroffice, selected the copy function, I
could then paste the text into xcmail by using the pointer alone. 

Nothing like consistancy is there?  And this is nothing like consistancy!
