[XFree86] running XFREE86 -configure throws illegal instruction??

Hi All

I have cross compiled XFree 4.7.0 for powerpc processor
I have integrated xfree with the file system
If i boot the board and run the following command it throws illegal
instruction

# /usr/X11R6/bin/XFree86 -configure
Illegal instruction



Please Help me to solve the above issue
