Another unofficial 0.37b9.1

I've put up another unofficial build of x-mame 0.37b9.1 at

    ftp://ftp.aros.net/pub/users/gold/xmame-0.37b9.1-UNOFFICIAL.tar.bz2

Now all of fronthlp.c and ident.c should be converted to use the new
rom-handling scheme.

However, I've only tested it with grustibus and gnomame--I haven't tried
any utilities like romalizer.  So chances are that my changes haven't been
tested at all.  Use with caution, or wait for one of Hans's higher-quality
releases!
