Unfortunately I had erased my version of romalizer a while back which had a 
lot of changes incorporated into it.  I have been working recently to rebuild 
this version, attached is a WIP of this rebuilding attempt.  It will work 
with xmame-b9 but still has some features missing from my original work which 
got destroyed.  Anyway, here is a snapshot incase I accidentally erase my 
copy again .. :/
