[Xmame] Full screen

Hi, I am just a newbie to Linux, so, if possible, excuse my multiple 
questions I will do
in different messages.

My first one is: What should I type so as to get fullscreen on Xmame? I read 
something
about X11 on another message, but those commands don't work for me, when I 
follow
the instructions of "man xmame".
Could you help me?
(Perhaps a frontend would be useful, but I don't know where to place it)
