[Xmame] Change directories

Hello, probably this will be my last question...I am sorry if I have asked 
too much recently.
I am happy with xmame, its fluidity is incredibly, much better thatn other 
emulators...but cuz
of some little aspects I don't know how to configure, I can't enjoy it 
100%...

This question is: I installed Xmame from a .rpm archive, so the folders 
arranged themselves.
Could I know move the current folder (/usr/share/xmame) to, for example 
(/home/hajime/xmame)? Or is it impossible? Perhaps I should type some 
command?

Please help me, I would appreciate it so much.
