[Xmame] SDLMAME support for kxmame

SDLMAME support for kxmame .. have fun.

Ja ja .. I know .. ;-)

But I took a first look into SDLMAME,
and actually I don't see a point in moving anything back to xmame ..

Hmm ...

I would prefere having SDLMAME in the MESS repository ..
Any ideas ?

SDLMAME patch plus misc.

- Enable SDLMAME as an executable.
- Adding rom attributes (list,listxml) for mame 0.115:
- display, display.type vector, rotation, ..
- io.cpp implements 'audit_rom' now, reused within pref.cpp
- quick_check performs a single rom audit now, if the rom is available.
- if gamelist is missing, using gameAudit() dialog in startup,
to audit all games.
- games.ini and gamelist will be saved in case of a change.
- kxmame.refresh does no more force all rom's to be checked.
- Now, Working/Non-Working/Available works ;-)
