[Xmame] Help activating the integrated debugger...

Howdy!

I've tried uncommenting out the DEBUG parameter.  I've recompiled against
SVGA.  But nothing happens when I try and enable the integrated debugger.
The -debug option is also rejected, though I can't tell if this is a
windows-only option.  Could someone get me over this hump!  thanks!
