The Zenoss Community forums will be temporarily unavailable this weekend and Monday, September 12-14. We will be launching the new Zenoss Community website on Tuesday September 15 and migrating the existing forums and Community content to the new platform. Existing forums users will be transferred as well, but you will be required to reset your password on first login. The mailing lists and their email service to the forums will be temporarily unavailable and will return with the launch of the new site. The new Community site will be available at zenoss.org.
For users only signed up to the mailing lists: In order to provide a more unified community experience, accounts will be created in the new system for users now signed up to the mailing lists without forum accounts. The only thing brought over in this creation is email address and whether you want to receive emails for the various lists. You will still receive notifications from these forums via email as before. You can also use the new account to create content on the zenoss.org site. You may request a password from the new website when it is available. You can set your name and other information thereafter. You will need to sign into this account to adjust your email preferences. Important note on mailing list activity: Any email messages received before the migration day (9/14) should be disregarded. Replies to these messages will not be associated with their parent threads. Messages from the forums received after migration will have a different subject line format and can be replied to safely.
