Since it's been a topic here, I thought I'd see if anyone knows the answer to this one. I saw a couple of SCSI to PCMCIA card adapters for $10 each. But, they have no brand name, no model number, no identifier of any kind that I could find. I assume they are SCSI because they have two 50 pin headers on them.

I assume these devices require a driver/extension of some kind to work. Is that correct? Who made/makes a SCSI to PCMCIA adapter? What are your thoughts on whether the drivers from one model are likely to work on another model? How many companies make these things?
