Hi Boris. If you look in the back of your 6100 you'll see a metal slot cover it sits parallel to the moherboard. The video card ports to the outside via this aperature. With the adapter the video card connects to the G3 Uppgrade card and is clamped to the adapter. So the G3 card goes in your slot and the video card ends up at 90deg's to it and fits.
