I'm still getting "Serial port is busy," "not enough memory," ... . We've been through this before, and I have yet to figure out what the problem is. Man, I hate to switch 7100s to get rid of the problem, but I may have to. I have a killer back and working on computer innards are not fun any more. I keep thinking it is a software problem. I only have Mac 8.0 for dummies and have turned off everything possible.

My wife gets on this computer as well and downloads and prints off and on, but this situation comes up way two often.

Sorry to be a hound about this, but, anyone have some help here. Maybe someone is new on this list that has some insight.
