If one has selected Ethernet in AppleTalk, is there a way to save that setting so the system remembers it upon startup? Mine reverts to Printer with each restart.
It will revert to Printer Port at start up if there is no valid Ethernet connection. That is a cable connecting the computers Ethernet port to a hub or another computer (that is on in the case of 10BaseT.
