Yes i am useing a hpv card

Try without the HPV card, if possible.

The 300 MHz and faster G3 cards needed some rework in the form of a cut
trace, two added wires from the LSI labeled U4 (it's located under the upper left
corner of the heatsink) to the pass-through connector, and several added
capacitors in order to properly support passthrough.

Since the HPV passthrough won't work on the 9150 anyway (the slots are in the
wrong places), I use a Supermac Thunder/24 to get 24 bit color on my 9150.

Try with a NuBus video card, if possible.

The two things these 7100/8100/9150 G3 cards are really intolerant of are: 1)
cache still installed, and 2) use of HPV passthrough.

Otherwise, they work very well.
