my WG 9150 has had same problem: double chime after the power up 'BONG'.
The problem was on the first pair of RAM simm on Bank A. Removed them and swifted up the other ram module has solved the problem.
Check the ram again and/or mount just a couple of them to test which have the problem.

According to Informinit, if you get a normal startup chime and then the chimes of death you are probably experiencing a System software incompatability. Try booting off an install CD. If it works do a clean install. My, still problematic, 9150 would exhibit this behavior.
