Printer Problem

Still having this idiotic printer problem. 7100/66  with 88 megs of 
memory.  I cannot print from the serial port to my Stylewriter 1200. 
I have reinstalled the software.  The chooser settings are correct. 
The machine gives me a dialogue box that rotates from one excuse to 
the next.  It does the same thing, if I switch printers to the 
Stylewriter 1200.  I am using 8.6.  But, ... get this, I CAN print to 
an Imagewriter II.

Is this stupid or what? I have switched out the battery, though, that 
is not the problem. The date is fine. I have rebuilt the desktop.  As 
what's his name on Crossfire, the local right winger, "I can't 
believe you said that! That's insane."  No, Tucker, this printer 
problem is insane.  I will probably take off tomorrow or the next day 
and switch everything over to a 7100/80, including the Newer Tech G3 
upgrade.  Jeez.
