I anxiously await hearing about how you fix the problem! I have a couple dozen 7100s, and they won't recognize my know good 4/600 or LaserWriter 300. None of them! No problem with my 6100s or my 7300s, just the 7100s! Does this mean I have to buy ImageWriter's for the them?
