Salvation from Mr. Bob T. The print monitor is set, default at 160. I set it to 250, and my wife has decided not trash these computers. She puts up a lot with my obcessive compulsion concerning Macintosh/Apple computers. Big thanks Bob.I know there should be no differences between the two but...... Is background printing enabled? Try turning it off for SW? Have you tried assigning more memory to print monitor? I'm now out of ideas :-) BobT
