Not possible, the converter's are USB-->Serial NOT Serial-->USB .....

As the USB chipset is designed to interface to the PCI bus it would be a BIG
(probably many Thousand $) project, as you would have to either design a new
USB chipset from the ground up, or design a NuBus-->PCI interface chip (and
associated Mac drivers) to use the existing chipset.
The chances of someone developing this for a diminishing market must be
close to nil (though someone did recently produce an IDE interface for the
Apple-2 so we can still dream)
